Welcome to Technofitters. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

Technofitters is a digital marketing and website development service provider based in Kolkata, India. These Terms govern the use of our website and services including Website Development, SEO Services, Google Ads Management, and Social Media Marketing.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Technofitters offers:

  • WordPress Website Development

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Google Ads Management

  • Social Media Marketing

  • Digital Branding & Promotion

All services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis.

3. No Guarantee Policy

Technofitters does not guarantee:

  • Specific search engine rankings

  • Fixed traffic increases

  • Sales or revenue outcomes

  • Advertising performance metrics

Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors including competition, market conditions, algorithm updates, and client cooperation.

We commit to ethical practices, professional execution, and strategic implementation — but no guaranteed outcomes.

4. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required before project initiation.

  • Remaining 50% is payable upon project completion or before final delivery.

  • Work will not begin without advance payment.

  • Late payments may result in project delay.

All payments are non-transferable.

5. Website Development Policy

  • Websites are developed primarily on WordPress.

  • Full ownership of the website will be transferred after full payment.

  • Hosting and domain registration charges are separate and paid by the client.

  • Clients are responsible for renewing hosting and domain services.

Revisions:

  • We offer unlimited revisions during the development phase. However:

    • Revisions must be within the original project scope.

    • Major structural changes or scope expansion may require additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

If the client is not satisfied with the website design, a full refund may be requested within 5 working days from the initial delivery.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refund applies only before final approval and deployment.

  • Refund does not apply after final website approval.

  • Refund does not apply to domain, hosting, third-party tools, or paid services already purchased.

For digital marketing services (SEO, Ads, Social Media), payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary content, images, and credentials on time.

  • Provide accurate business information.

  • Cooperate during revision and approval process.

  • Comply with legal and advertising policies of platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).

Delays from the client side may extend project timelines.

8. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Technofitters may use third-party platforms including but not limited to:

  • Google

  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Hosting providers

  • WordPress plugins

  • Analytics tools

We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by these platforms.

9. Intellectual Property

After full payment:

  • Website design and developed content become client property.

  • Technofitters retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

10. Limitation of Liability

Technofitters shall not be held liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Revenue losses

  • Algorithm changes

  • Third-party platform suspensions

  • Cyber attacks or hosting failures

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Termination of Services

Technofitters reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made

  • Client engages in illegal activity

  • Client violates advertising or legal guidelines

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal.
